REFUND POLICY

FOR ALL RETURNS AND REFUNDS, WE REQUIRE A RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE.


RETURNS & REFUNDS
Blacksheep Welding Products Policy last 30 days. After 30 days of purchase date, we cannot offer any refunds. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in the same condition that it was received it with original packaging.

For partial refunds we only accept items not in its original condition, damaged, or if they are missing any parts due to our mistake.

For damaged items, please contact the Shipping Carrier and file a claim with them.

ITEMS FOR SALE
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

MISSING REFUNDS
For any transactions and refunds please check your bank account first. If you do not see anything posted, contact your credit company, since it may take some time before your refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (ONE YEAR WARRANTY)
Item will be eligible to be replaced if they start to malfunction or are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item please send email first with details at bsheepweld@gmail.com and you’re your item to back to 1203 Mississippi St, South Houston TX 77587.

We will not accept any exchanges if item is damaged, not due to our error.

SHIPPING
For returns, refunds, exchanges, you will be responsible for paying you own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable even if you received a refund, shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

If item value is over $80, please consider using a trackable shipping service/insurance to guaranteed that we will receive your returned item.
